We are hiring installers for boat lifts, piers, and rail track systems on the lakeshores. 

Also hiring or chance to move up to: Mechanics, Barge Operators, Supervisory Positions  

 

Qualified Candidate: 

  • 18 years or older

  • Reliable transportation to and from the shop in Lodi

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

  • Comfortable in and around water

  • Authorized to work in the United States

 

Seasonal Employment:

  • Starting at $22 per hour (based on experience and knowledge)

  • Roughly March 15, 2025, through June 15, 2025

  • Ability to work long days (roughly 6am to dark) Monday through Friday

  • Occasional weekends (usually just Saturdays)

  • Time and a half after 40 hours weekly

  • Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit

 

Valuable team members will be eligible for full time employment after 90 days
